there are several pages on trashcansinatras.com where you can send e-mail to the site administrator, band members or band management.

trashcansinatras.com reserves the right to tentatively add individual e-mail addresses to the ‘trashcan sinatras announcement list,’ an e-mail notification list used to periodically send band news, updates or other information to those who have inquired about or contacted the band. the announcement list is not a discussion list and no one can post messages to the list other than the list administrator. e-mails are sent infrequently (typically less than 5 per year), except during periods of increased band activity (for example, a new album release or touring plans), when we believe information should be communicated on a more timely basis.

each potential subscriber will need to ‘double opt-in.’ this means that when your address is added to the list, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription to the announcement list. if you prefer not to join the announcement list, you can ignore the confirmation e-mail or reply to the message denying your subscription. you cannot be added to the announcement list without your positive confirmation (opt-in).

trashcansinatras.com features an on-line store where you can order trashcan sinatras merchandise. purchases may be made using an existing paypal account or by using a credit card. all credit card payments are processed by paypal. although trashcansinatras.com accepts credit card payments for merchandise orders, we never see any credit card information (i.e., the credit card number, expiration date or security code) and this information is therefore not stored by trashcansinatras.com. paypal’s privacy policy is available here.

personal information submitted with merchandise orders (i.e. name, e-mail address and shipping address) is collected by trashcansinatras.com. trashcansinatras.com reserves the right to tentatively add individual e-mail addresses to the ‘trashcan sinatras announcement list’ (see above). shipping addresses may be analyzed by trashcansinatras.com in order to understand the demographics of individuals ordering merchandise and may be used for targeted announcements if band activities will occur in your area.
