with three scottish shows done, the trashcans announce three additional shows.  they will play two acoustic shows at brel in glasgow on november 23 and november 25.  the band returns to this intimate venue, having played four acoustic gigs there in 2003, at the time previewing material from the forthcoming weightlifting album.  doors at 7:30, band onstage at 8:00.  tickets are £15 and available through ticketweb or in person at brel (beginning on november 17).

in addition, the band return to their old stomping grounds in kilmarnock as part of the homecoming scotland festivities.  this free (~40 minute) set will be performed on an outdoor stage in the pedestrian precinct at 4:00.
