frank was filmed recently for a video that is being completed for the song, which will be available next month. [9/19]

generally, the plan for 2009 is coming together. the first three albums would be released at the beginning of the year. weightlifting would follow around march, with the new album to follow shortly afterwards. all re-releases will have b-sides/bonus tracks. the band is hoping to appear at the SXSW festival in austin, tx in march, either while or before touring. they're also planning to tour in the uk and possibly japan next year. there are or course a lot of details to be sorted out but 2009 is shaping up to be a busy year.
